Here I am! I'm finally here!

My name is Karimina.I'm striking, cheerful, and very interesting. I come from the Rioja region. I'm part of a limited edition of 1,948 bottles of old-vine Tempranillo and Garnacha. I evoke aromas of wild strawberries and spices with a hint of roasted coffee. They say I'm pleasant and fruity on the palate. I'm energetic and bring the sobriety of someone who's mature and long-standing. I know for a fact that you won't leave me indifferent.

Karimina 2016, the second collection from Atelier de Disfrutones de Vino, is a limited edition of 1,948 bottles of Rioja Crianza from old Tempranillo vineyards with softness, fruit, and hints of Garnacha, ready to drink and with age.

Smooth entry, full in the mouth, elegant and balanced, with a long finish.

• Visual Phase: Bright, garnet hue, with intense depth of color.
• Olfactory Phase: Clean, with a pronounced aroma. Forest fruits, morello cherry, pomegranate, a touch of chocolate and licorice, with hints of pepper and cinnamon.
• Tasting Phase: Dry, full-bodied, with soft yet highly expressive tannins. The sweetness of the stewed fruit contrasts with a background of bitter almond.

TASTING NOTE

"The presence of red fruit, along with a sustained and carefully managed aging process, ultimately comes together in aromas reminiscent of wild berries, spices, and a hint of roasted notes. On the palate, with nearly all elements now harmoniously integrated, the fruit reappears showing its best side—flavorful, intense, and with a long, lingering finish. A wonderful red to enjoy now, or to cellar if desired."
