Pepa 2023 is a limited edition of 26,000 bottles, 100% Verdejo with the Rueda Qualified Designation of Origin.
Great aroma, fresh and glyceric on the palate, with length, balance, and a modern profile. It invites slow tasting, allowing one to discover all its nuances.
- Visual Phase: Straw yellow color with greenish hues. Medium intensity.
- Olfactory Phase: De intensidad alta, potente, con un marcado carácter de verdejo pero con unas notas diferenciadoras y complejas que le dan al vino las uvas de nuestro viñedo. Es un vino muy directo en nariz donde podemos destacar la fruta blanca y de hueso, tonos cítricos, y marcadas notas especiadas que le confieren al vino una complejidad y exclusividad varietal y un agradable fondo vegetal y anisado.
- Tasting Phase: Very fresh on the palate, dry, flavorful, and well-balanced. The retronasal perception reveals fennel, white fruit, and spice. Bitter and herbal notes are also present. Very long and elegant finish.
